Privacy Policy

Last updated June 23, 2026

This is a starting-point policy provided for transparency. It is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified professional and tailor it to your jurisdiction before relying on it.

VideoShipper (“we”, “us”) provides an online tool for creating short-form videos. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions? Email support@videoshipper.com.

Information we collect

Account information you provide when you sign up — your email address and any name or profile details from your sign-in provider.

Content you create — the projects, text, uploaded media, and videos you make, so we can save them to your account and render your exports.

Usage data — basic, privacy-preserving analytics about which pages and features are used, to improve the product.

Payment information — handled by our payment processor (LemonSqueezy, acting as merchant of record). We do not see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

To provide and operate the service (save projects, render videos, manage your plan and credits), to communicate with you about your account, to keep the service secure, and to improve features. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We use trusted vendors to run VideoShipper: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel Blob and AWS (media storage and video rendering), LemonSqueezy (payments), and AI providers such as ElevenLabs (voiceover) and OpenAI (assistive features) to process the content you choose to generate. Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and privacy-friendly analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep your account and project data while your account is active. You can delete projects at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@videoshipper.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

VideoShipper is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
