Terms of Service

Last updated June 23, 2026

This is a starting-point agreement provided for transparency. It is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified professional and tailor it to your jurisdiction before relying on it.

These Terms govern your use of VideoShipper (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

VideoShipper lets you create short-form videos from motion templates with AI voiceover, sound effects, and music, and export them. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content, to violate others’ rights, to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service, or to exceed or circumvent plan limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content and license

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and render your content solely to operate the Service. Paid plans include a commercial license to use the videos you export. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any media you upload.

Plans, credits, and payments

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Creating and previewing is free; a credit is spent when you export a finished video. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

Refunds

If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact support@videoshipper.com and we will work with you in line with applicable consumer-protection law and our payment processor’s policies.

Free plan and watermark

The Free plan may include a watermark and usage limits (waived or adjusted during launch). Paid plans export without a VideoShipper watermark.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example hosting, storage, payments, and AI providers). Their availability and terms may affect the Service, and we are not responsible for their actions.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoShipper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. (Set your governing jurisdiction here before relying on this section.)

Changes

We may update these Terms; we will revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
